Shipping and refunds for foreign customers
To countries outside the EU we only ship by prior arrangement.

Any applicable customs fees or other charges for deliveries to non-EU countries are expressly borne by the customer.
For countries outside the EU, the costs of import taxes will be deducted from the final refund.
Transport damage
We ask you to check the package and its contents immediately upon receipt.

Attention: Before shipping, please contact us by email or through the return procedure through your account. Each return must be authorized by us.
Here are all the steps that allow you to correctly start
the return procedure through your account:
1.Log in to your Account (The name with which you registered can be found at the top right of our website www.shoesbruneck.com)
2.Go to the item "Order history and details"
3.Scroll through your orders and select the one in which the item(s) you wish to return is/are inserted
4.Enter the reason for the return in the appropriate box
5.Click on the "Create Return" button. The return must be authorized.
6.Once we receive your return, we will check it and refund you according to the payment method you chose when placing your order
You can check the status of your return in the "My Returns" section of your account.
Always remember that:
• The products must be intact and must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged
• The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal, which is an integral part of the goods
• The products must be returned in their original packaging, also including the original receipt/invoice (if the return concerns a kit, you must return all the items that compose it)
• The returned products must be sent in a single shipment. We reserve the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times.
Furthermore, we reserve the right not to accept the return if the delivery terms and times are not respected.
Shipping costs and customs costs in the event of a return are the responsibility of the sender.
