From an encounter by a lake to a bond that became family and a dream growing in Brunico.

I’m Daniela, from South Tyrol, and Alessandro, my husband, is from Naples. We met in Austria in 1997, by a lake. In 2002, our first son, Maximilian, was born. Since then, I’ve been thinking about how I could bring our family together, because at the time Alessandro was living in Tarvisio.

Given the lack of beautiful, good quality shoes in Brunico, in 2003 we decided to open our first small shop in Via di Sopra in Brunico. I had already gained considerable experience in retail, as I had owned an antique shop for 10 years, and subsequently, for another 10 years, a "1500 lire shop" (the second in all of Italy). Alessandro had worked in the leather goods sector for several years and had a lot of experience in sales and purchasing. From the beginning, it was clear how much the Shoes shop was appreciated by customers and how necessary it was to expand our business. In 2005, the year our second son Simon was born, we took another important step: opening a second, larger shop in Via Centrale in Brunico.

This new point of sale quickly became our main shop, while the first was transformed into an outlet. Discounted items can also be found in the main shop, but in the outlet all products are always on sale.

Today, the outlet is also located in Via Centrale, a short walk from the main shop, and offers customers a wide selection of bargains and advantageous prices throughout the year.

Our world

Passion, beauty, and care in every step

The combination of our two souls, one from the North and one from the South, is our strength and drives us to always see everything from two different perspectives. Of course, sometimes we clash, but in the end, a new idea or project always emerges.

In our company, I represent the creative and visionary side, while Alessandro, unlike me, is precise, handles all the accounting, and represents the "boss" of the store. Together, we do all the purchasing, and in the end, we are also in direct contact with customers in the store every day.

We deeply love what we do, which is to offer a curated selection of products that combine style and research. What distinguishes us from our competitors is our approach to the customer: first and foremost, we offer emotions, and that is what leaves a lasting impression on the customer. We playfully and entertainingly explain each product, and we are also very interested in the person in front of us.

Our Neapolitan spirit naturally plays its part. For Alessandro and his brother Gino, it's normal to see things from a lighter side.

Our Craft

Selection, not assortment.

The core of our selection is centered around "Made in Italy," meaning attention to detail, quality of materials, ancient footwear and artisanal tradition, elegant design, and innovation. Among other things, we also offer our own lines in collaboration with specialized manufacturers that reflect these principles. I really enjoy developing them; I can put all my creativity, experience, and vision of beauty into them. In addition to this, we also offer a wide selection of contemporary, sophisticated, fashion, and lifestyle European and international products.

Our assortment is built to offer different styles, craftsmanship, and product ranges. This work, through the direct selection of products, is obviously very demanding and requires a lot of passion and time to be carried out in the best possible way, but ultimately it is precisely this that distinguishes us from standardized distribution and the mass market, positioning us in a niche built over time and loyal to the evolution of our brand.

If a customer wants to buy a shoe from us, in-store or online, we accompany them throughout the entire process: we advise them, explain the product, and provide assistance. Our customer service is impeccable.

We assist clients in selecting the most suitable footwear, with genuine care and expertise, to find the balance between style, comfort, and identity.

The relationship with the customer doesn't end with the purchase, whether in-store or online. We remain present with assistance, advice, and attentive service, because trust is built over time.
